1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

CardCom offers a one-year warranty, related to manufacture related issues, valid up to one year from the date of billing. Please submit a completed registration card and proof of purchase within 60 days from your purchase date.

CardCom warrants that the ViAge ID Scanners (Product) are free from defects in material and workmanship. The limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser (Consumer) of the ViAge Product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser. A warranty card must be completed and mailed back to us or can be completed online - see product registration.

During the 12 month limited warranty period, CardCom will repair or replace defective parts or any parts that will not properly operate for their intended use with new or factory rebuilt replacement items. No charge will be made to the Consumer for any such parts. CardCom will also pay for the labor charges incurred. The external housing and parts thereof shall be free of defects at the time of purchase and, therefore, shall not be covered under this limited warranty.

If any problems develop during the warranty period or any time thereafter, please contact CardCom directly at800-476-7811 and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on ViAge ID Scanners. Please contact us to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization at 800-476-7811. The Product must be returned with the RMA labeled on the box within 10 days of the RMA issuance. Product must also be in like-new condition with its original packaging, components, manuals, and accessories intact to receive a full refund. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted for refund and may be returned to the shipper at the shipper's expense. Product that is returned in used condition with missing parts or accessories will have a restock fee of 20%. Damaged products will not be accepted for return.

REPAIR NOTE: If the product is covered under the manufacturer's (1) one year warranty an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be issued before any work is performed. Please have your business name or phone number available for our service agents. Customers should complete their product registration card with proof of purchase for faster service.

If the product is no longer under warranty, our service agents will advise you of your options. Terms for repairs outside of the standard warranty are to be agreed upon by you, the end-user, before any work is finalized. An RMA number must be issued prior to any service testing or evaluation.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept company checks, ACH debits, cashier's checks, and money orders in U.S. Dollars. For company checks and ACH debit transactions, please allow up to 7-10 business days before the order ships.

Shipping Policy

Orders ship the same day if received by 2pm PST. Please use a physical address for all shipments. UPS ground and expedited shipments are available.
