1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Cardcom warrants that the VIAGE ID Scanners (Product) are free from defects in material and workmanship. Limited warranty for the Product extends 12 months beginning the month of the purchase date. The limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser (Consumer) of the Viage Product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser. During the 12 month limited warranty period, Cardcom will repair or replace defective parts or any parts that will not properly operate for their intended use with new or factory rebuilt replacement items. No charge will be made to the Consumer for any such parts. Cardcom will also pay for the labor charges incurred. The external housing and parts thereof shall be free of defects at the time of purchase and, therefore, shall not be covered under this limited warranty.
If any problems develop during the warranty period or any time thereafter, please contact Cardcom direct 800-476-7811 and request an RMA work order request for service.
We offer a 30 day return policy on VIAGE ID Scanners. Please contact us to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization at 800-476-7811. The Product must be returned with the RMA labeled on the box, in like new condition with its original packaging and components, manuals, and accessories, and received within 10 days of RMA issuance in order to receive full refund. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted for refund and may be returned to the shipper at shipper's expense. Product that is returned damaged, used or with missing parts or accessories will have a restock fee of 20%.
Service and Repairs
If you are experiencing any technical difficulties or need service work, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization / work order at 800-476-7811. We will diagnose and provide recommendations for repair. Ask us about special trade-ins or upgrades to other models.
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept company checks, ACH debit, cashier's checks, and money orders in U.S. Dollars. For company checks and ACH debit transactions, please allow up to 7-10 business days before order will ship.
Orders ship the same day if received by 2pm PST. Please use a physical address for all shipments. UPS ground and expedited shipments are available. Ask us about free shipping promotions or see featured specials on our site. We recommend insuring and tracking all shipments with insured value to protect your investment.
