REPAIR NOTE: If the product is covered under the manufacturer's (1) one year warranty an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be issued before any work is performed. Please have your business name or phone number available for our service agents. The standard or manufacturer's warranty is available only to customers who have successfully returned their product registration card with proof of purchase (if not purchased directly through the manufacturer, CardCom Technology). 

If the product is no longer under warranty, our service agents will advise you of your options. Terms for repairs outside of the standard warranty are to be agreed upon you, the end-user, and an RMA number issued prior to any servicing work.
